Are you an experienced Nurse looking for your next challenge? Our client is looking for Clinical Team Leader to work in the their locked rehab unit in the South West of England.

From you, we will need commitment and drive to provide the highest quality of care. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for this post, as you’ll be working within a multidisciplinary team and liaising with a wide variety of people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and support for care staff and act as a champion for patients’ safety and dignity.
• To maintain skills and knowledge and ensure that care is delivered according to latest guidelines and best practice evidence available.
• Ensure that clear and accurate records and communication systems relating to clinical and care delivery are maintained and effectively used.
