Are you an experienced and qualified Mental Health Social Worker? Our client is looking for a Social Worker to work with their mental health service unit in Northamptonshire.

As a social worker you’ll work closely with staff to provide for their inpatients’ complex needs and requirements, creating relevant treatment goals, in liaison with health and social care agencies.

To be considered for this role you’ll need to be a AHCPC Registered Social Worker and have experience working with mental health patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and minimising risk where appropriate
• Engaging in the training and supervision of junior members of staff and students
• Working as part of  a dynamic MDT
• Case load management
